Here I am once again lacking pictures. So here is a little description of how Christmas went this year. Well to start off each one of us got a stomach virus leading up to Christmas Day. We had to cancel and reschedule Christmas with my family because Garna got sick as well. Christmas Eve we got dressed up...all but one of us feeling back to normal. The girls looked so pretty in their Christmas dresses. We had brunch at Uncle Jim and Aunt Linda's and visited with family. Then off to repack for the evening. For the first year ever I got my entire family (Jeremy, Lucy and Charley) to celebrate Christmas at the candle light service at my mom's church. Singing silent night and watching the candle light glow in my families faces brought tears to my eyes. I am so blessed and very thankful for my beautiful, healthy family. Thank you God! I couldn't of asked for anything better this Christmas.
Next we headed to the Manche's for the evening. We enjoyed a nice dinner and visited through out the night.
By Christmas morning we were all feeling back to normal, even Jeremy. Charley woke up first after a diaper explosion. That is why she is naked down below. Looking back over the last couple of years we noticed that we have always been up before Lucy. Which is exciting because we get to see the look on her face when she gets to see what Santa brought. I guess it is because of our busy Christmas celebrations that Lucy sleeps in or maybe Jeremy and I are just super excited.
We enjoyed a beautiful day outside after breakfast watching Lucy ride her new four wheeler. Now Lucy can keep up to "speed" with all the neighbor friends.
Here is the naked baby playing with her tea set. If you need a cute baby girl gift you gotta get one of these. Such a cute toy. Of course Lucy plays with it too.
We relaxed around the house until we enjoyed a yummy dinner with the Price's Christmas evening. (We never have Christmas plans...so we invited ourselves over to their house).
We finished up with the rescheduled Christmas with my family on Monday. Lucy had a ball playing with all her older cousins. She loves them!!!
Another nice Christmas celebration with family. Look forward to an exciting 2012.
