A Spring Break Tradition

Lunch at Magpies on a beautiful spring day. Garna,Aunt T and Summer joined us too.

What better way to spend spring break then...........

OUtside!!

A few times this week I have been able to sit outside and do one of my favorite things. Drink coffee.
We have been doing some at home swinging.

And we have hit two local parks with friends.

And of course some adult outside fun in the evening. This was a girls evening wine party but Jeremy and Josh decided to join in.

Also this week...

• I went to get a pedi with Jen and Steph.


• Went shopping at the mall all day and had CPK for lunch with Jen and Megan.


• I ran X 2. Should be more with all the eating and drinking.


• There has been many patio gatherings. Its spring break yo!


• I have been nursing sick children.


• Had Mexican with a margarita.


• Shared a cup of mint, mint chocolate, chocolate chip with my hubby.


• Charley started shaking her head no.

It was a beautiful Monday of spring break so we met up with Dad for some golfing.

Girls before the race

Jen and Stephanie are in the middle. They mentioned this race back in January. That is when I was inspired to get in shape and set a goal for myself. Jen has been an awesome coach. Patient and encouraging me along the way the last couple of months.
Here are the guys.

We did it! We ran our first 5 mile run. Jeremy ran with me the whole way(even though he could of gone faster). I really appreciate his support over the last couple of months too.

The girls met up with us after the race. Thank you Grandma and Aunt Carrie for bringing them down. It was a beautiful day. Actually kinda hot. But I am not complaining.

We went home for naps and showers and then to our local downtown festivities. These cuties enjoyed running around the streets playing.

Spring Break

It is officially spring break (insert and huge YAY!!) and I am SO excited to indulge in some "stay at home mommy time". I promise lots of pictures showcasing our time together and much much more. Lots of fun coming our way.
