Train ride

On Friday Jeremy took off for the day and we decided that we would take a train ride on the Amtrak. We see it come by our house all the time and we thought it would be neat to see the route. We boarded in Kirkwood and rode for 37 minutes to Washington. We was a fun ride. Jeremy was surprised how quiet the ride was and I couldn't believe how fast you can get to one from the other. Lucy watched out the window the whole time. Once we arrived in Washington we met Uncle Dave and Aunt Laurie at John G's for pumpkin beer and dinner. We sat by the fire listening to a local artist and watching the Cardinal game.
