Jeremy and I eat salad just about every evening with dinner at home. Lucy has never really been interested until.........NOW! I think this might partially be a result from Lu's 3 year wellness visit with Dr. Hockey (not really, but that is how she pronounces it). He mentioned to her that she needs to be eating her vegetables. And boy has it worked. She will eat an entire bowl of salad like this one above and she likes it! You go girl!
